1. The Great Philosopher

I wrote this poem about arrogance. And two more poems to be released this Thursday and Friday.

And then dropped them into ChatGPT because I use AI for minor editing and major image production.

And ChatGPT gave me the following feedback:

2. Never Grow Up

When/if my daughter, 30 years from now, finds herself wondering what her inner child would find fulfilling, I hope that she stumbles upon this:

“I can’t wait to have a Lego room when I’m older.”

3. Three Dog Window

World’s Best Welcoming Committee

4. Wishful Thinking

I asked ChatGPT:

I played Division I Tennis 1998-2002. Do I have a 5th year in a different sport of eligibility left?

“Short Answer—No”

“That five-year window closed more than 20 years ago.”
😢🤣

5. Yes Have I Ever

A continued (from here) comedy sketch:

When you drive by a Target in your mid-thirties and it dawns on you for the first time that their logo is a target. 🙋‍♀️

When you are idiotic enough to think that the light on your dash (that is telling you that the back window hatch in your Blazer is open) is broken—moments before entering a car wash. 🙋‍♀️

6. Reality (TV) Sucks

I was a contestant on a Reality TV show.

I waited 2.5 years for it to air—all the time wondering if any of my fellow contestants had been acting because aspects of it most of it felt like I had been “Ronald” in The Juror.

I realized no one was acting.

In other words…

I got served a dose of reality via Reality TV and had to face this reality.

7. Date Night

I came across a post titled, Things to Do Together as a Couple This Year and need to jot them down here in list form so that my husband knows what is coming:

  • Plan a weekend getaway to a place you’ve never been.
  • Cook a full themed dinner at home.
  • Plan a dream trip even if you can’t take it yet.
  • Try something slightly out of your comfort zone together.
  • Stargaze
  • Learn a new skill together.
  • Do a couples photoshoot (professional or DIY).
    • Just Kidding. But, I hope that made someone (that knows Eric & I) laugh! It’s probably safe to assume that Eric did not.

8. The Buck Stops Here

I could rack my brain for one more idyllic thought on the week, but I promised myself that I’d only write if the content flowed and thus, we’re done here.

9. Closing Credits

I appreciate you.

And I appreciate your readership. 😘
