Weekly Wellness Plan – Week of 2/9/26

I am blessed to have yet another week to roam the Earth.
Emotional: Thursday retreat day (nature!). Keep on problem solvin’.
Environmental: Clean up E and hall bathrooms. Clean sauna room. 2 dogs to vet. Progress on decluttering mission and Goodwill drop-off. E nightstand. VD surprise for the home. Dining Room & Office Ideal.
Financial: Sort mail, pay bills, organize tax docs. Teach and schedule PB lessons. Bank run.
Intellectual: Finish current book and start the next. Finnish (take notes). Master a new dish.
Occupational: Stay the course as a writer. Spring Plan 4 Triathletes. Schedule swim sessions. Instagram posts. PKPB Q&A Videos. Start write-up of Physical Well-Being stint (ends 2/11) and begin Financial Well-Being application phase.
Physical: Follow the 6 weeks of physical well-being plan (here). Run 10 miles. Annual Physical Appt.
Social: Tennis/Walk with T&K. Connect with N and K. Friday Doubles. Tues/Sat PB. E&I QT x 2. PKPB engagement. E&I supporting our men on VD while they do what they do best (wrestling and tennis respectively).
Spiritual: Study CGtotheB and WC books (10 pages each; take notes).
