Mission:

To write a book in 2026 that captures the following mission…

To thoroughly research the dimensions of wellness, and then put the best supposed practices into application over the course of a 6 week dedicated stint per dimension. The ultimate goal is to maximize my own wellness in each respective dimension, which will in turn, enhance my wellness as a whole.

Wellness Why(s):

Primary: The overarching mission, to journal the experience in book form, falls under Intellectual and/or Occupational wellness. The latter being the case, that is, if I somehow turn a profit in the monetary sense (as opposed to the upgraded well-being sense).

Hey Hay House, I’m 👀 At 🫵!

Subsidiary: The content of the book will be a deep dive into each dimension of wellness such that the subsidiary primary subsidiary primary predominant theme is overall wellness and that obviously includes EVERY dimension EQUALLY – Physical, Financial, Environmental, Emotional, Social, Occupational, Intellectual and Spiritual.

The Nuts & Bolts:

For each section of the book / dimension of wellness:

  1. 2 Weeks Research (leading up to T-0)
  2. Take Stock
  3. 6 Weeks Application
  4. Post-Hoc Analysis
