To Whom It May Concern and FWIW,*

• I needed a week in Mexico 🇲🇽 with my husband, daughter and her boyfriend, and the many blessings within on top of the time with family – daily warmth of the sun ☀️, good books 📚, sunsets 🌅, boogie boarding 🌊, our own private lap pool, beach bar cheeseburgers 🍔, poolside drinks 🍹, room service pizza and for Aidyn to meet his doppelgänger .
  • And I needed the two photos of Eric and I because I don’t have that many (credit EmPhoto).

• Deserving of its own bullet point, I needed for our fishing excursion to be a 6 for the price of 1! We paid to fish, caught more mackerel and skipjack fish than we could count, were treated to fresh ceviche, landed in the middle of a school of dolphins and saw 30+ sea turtles.

• I needed for my daughter to just admit, “I’d like to say that your humor is cringe, but it actually makes me laugh quite a lot.”
  • Guess I just needed to talk her language for once?!?

• I recently asked ChatGPT about my recurring symptoms related to headaches, head, neck and shoulder tension, etc. And the thing that stood out as obvious is that I needed to have listened to my Mom for the first 20 years of my life, “I wish that you would do something about your posture.”
  • I also needed to have listened to my Mom about paying the fee to join (insert prestigious honor society). Had I known the degree that it would impress my second husband 20 years later, I may have ponied up! 💰

Second Husband: WOW 🤩, he/she is a member of (insert prestigious honor society).

Me: Wait, did you say (insert prestigious honor society)? Not to take anything away from he/she, but I’m a member of that also….er….I was invited to be a member of that.

• I needed for my daughter to have a gift basket sitting on the kitchen counter for me one morning AND for a co-worker to bring me a bag of gummy bears #allinaweek.
  • #bigactsofkindness (because any act of kindness is no small act of kindness)

• I needed to have renamed the TVs in the Golf Clubhouse to Tee V 1 and Tee V 2. 😉🤣
  • I wonder how long it will take someone to notice….

• I needed to have finished my 666 goal on the due date and be okay with the fact that I gave myself a one week extension (I am) and that I reduced the mileage to a total of 500 miles (I am) because, hey, the song goes, “I would walk 500 miles,” not 666!

• I needed to have completed my ISSA Personal Trainer Course such that I’m now certified / legal to serve you up some training plans (coming soon!) and to be doing what I may or may not have already been doing for over a decade.

• I need an explanation for my daughter’s subjective score of 4.4 on this assignment in her high school Drawing 101 class. I’m not “that parent” that is actually concerned about the score itself; just baffled as to what makes this attempt at shading an exact 88% as opposed to more of a ballpark 4.5/90% or 4.22/84.44% or 4.68/93.6%….. 🤷‍♀️🤣

• Remember the Friday debacle (aka my Underperforming Human performance) that I referenced a few weeks back? I needed for my Singles DUPR to not tank because of the aforementioned singular sh!tshow to a…..wait for it….also a 4.4. #likemotherlikedaughter 🤣
  • For the record, I’m not saying I’m a (insert number between 4.75 and 6.0). But, I’ve taken a game off of a 5.82 (currently #11) and was once ranked in the Top 30. Thus, I simply find it hard to accept that my game (apparently, I never had any) has dropped that significantly in such a short timeframe.
