One Day (for the rest of my life)

Mission:

Find meaning in the day-to-day to find meaning in a lifetime.

Wellness Why(s):

All Inclusive

The Nuts & Bolts:

ChatGPT recently told me I’d peeled back two illusions:

  1. People are deeply invested in me.
  2. Achievement equals meaning.

Turns out…neither is really true.

Most people are busy living their own lives.

And achievement? I’ve done plenty—and a lot it feels empty.

I could take that and land in:

Cosmic Nihilism:

The perspective that the universe is vast, indifferent, or hostile, and humanity is insignificant.

OR, I could call it freedom.

AND

So instead of chasing something bigger, I’m structuring something simpler.

Day-To-Day Docket

And yes—handle the basics (taxes, housecleaning, etc.).

Stack enough days like this—and fulfillment follows.

Update On:

Maybe you’ll notice a change in me; that my concern with what anyone else thinks is (even) less?!? 🤣
