Weekly Wellness Plan– Week of 3/23/26

I am blessed to have yet another week to roam the Earth.

Week Prior Score:

FAILED TO EXECUTE BECAUSE FAILED TO PLAN

=

FELL OFF THE WAGON

I meandered for a couple weeks. Granted, part of this was Spring Break but my traditional Spring Break is not your traditional kind of Spring Break — it’s actually just work in a different climate, and thus, not an excuse for me to have done the meandering that I meandered.

And if you remember correctly, the last weekly wellness plan that WAS formulated was an attempt to deviate from what had become my normal approach to a weekly wellness plan. The result? SH!+ actually started a week prior to my two weeks of meandering.

The plan below is the original format, but will be scored on a weighted scale (because there was some worth in my attempted deviation).

The dimensions of wellness will be prioritized as follows:

  1. Front Burner
  2. Middle Burner
  3. Back Burner
  4. Simmer
  5. CrockPot
  6. Marinating
  7. Shelf
  8. Discard

And my total score for wellness on the week will reflect the weight given to each category.

Without further ado because the above is too much ado, the weekly wellness plan for this week is below. And the priority afforded each category is in parentheses.

Emotional (6): Be (only 4000 weeks to live) PRESENT / not actively seeking fulfillment. “I don’t mind what happens.”

Environmental (3): Clean house for party weekend. Order hot tub cover. House exterior clean-up. Clean sauna room.

Financial (5): Taxes! Paperwork to TR. Medicare.

Intellectual (7): Finish book. Start next book. Writing Block 2x.

Occupational (4): Tennis/Tri Offerings. DS 2x. CI 1x. Lessons (no more?). Get my arse back on course as a writer.

Physical (2): Run/Walk 31 Miles. Swim 1x. Tennis 2x. Lift 3x.

Social (1): Eric’s Retirement Party Weekend! Call S. Walk with S, J, T/K, N. Sunday Funday.

Spiritual (8): Study

Only time will tell if the intellectual decision to have social well-being on the front burner in the initial go-around was a smart decision.

The Tally

I will track my Weekly Wellness Plan and Score (under the new scoring system) here.
