Weekly Wellness Plan– Week of 3/9/26
Week Prior Score: 60%ish (subjective)
I am blessed to have yet another week to roam the Earth.
Deviating here on the HOW TO for a Weekly Wellness Plan.
I have 25 weeks of data and 74% was the highest score attained. BECAUSE, it seems inevitable that I would seriously LACK in 1-4 Dimensions of Wellness each week and those 1-4 scores would plummet any “success story” within. All of which has lead me to ask:
Is there truly not enough time in the day to do it all?!?
For this week, I am going to designate the various Dimensions of Wellness in an order of priority and “grade” the first 3-5 focus categories:
Front Burner
Occupational:
Tennis S&C
Private S&C (build out programs and possibly a platform)
Writer
Middle Burner
Physical:
Walk, Run, Swim
Repeat
Back Burner
Intellectual:
Read!
And Write (see Front Burner)!
Simmer
Emotional:
Not stable enough to shelf. 🤣 I will keep an eye on this to prevent it from boiling over.
CrockPot
Environmental:
Clean house early in the week and clean up digital environments later in the week—phone and computer.
Marinating
Social:
Do work colleagues count?
Shelf
Financial:
Take care of a few details early in the week (mail, bills, etc) and move on.
Discard
Spiritual:
Do you think that I need to ask for forgiveness for “discarding” my spiritual well-being for the week?
