Weekly Wellness Plan– Week of 2/23/26

Week Prior Score: 68% (holding steady)

I am blessed to have yet another week to roam the Earth.

Emotional: Keep on problem solvin’. Present presence. Float.

Environmental: Go through the notes on my phone and clean up. Clean up storage in my email. Clean up E and hall bathrooms. Clean sauna room. Progress on decluttering mission. Complete office space ideal.

Financial: Follow the 6 weeks of financial well-being plan.

Intellectual: Finish current book and start the next. 

Occupational: City details – online and in-person trainings. Teach lessons. Tuesday tennis practice. Stay the course as a writer. 2 writing blocks (book!). Spring Plan 4 Triathletes (and set up meeting with new triathlete).

Physical: Recap physical well-being phase and put plans in place for continuation of. Lift 3x. Tennis 2x. Pickleball 1x. Swim 1x. Run (plan and/or execution). Normatec. Walk 20 miles.

Social: Friday/Saturday E&I, Tennis Match / Pickleball. 

Spiritual: Study CGtotheB and WC books (20 pages each; take notes).
