For the first 6 weeks of 2026, I followed this mission to implement the best physical well-being practices per my own research.

I tracked my execution via spreadsheet here.

And it turns out that my lowest score when it came to healthy habits was my (lack of) consumption of fruits and vegetables.

A few scores for reference:

Start Day with Water (and a squeeze of lemon): 86%

Walk Daily: 86%

Sleep 7-8 Hours / Night: 95%

2 Aerobic + 2 Anaerobic Workouts Weekly: 144%

6+ Servings F&V Daily: 57%

At the end of the 6 weeks, I am confident that many of the healthy habits are ingrained to the point of maintenance without thought. However, this is not the case when it comes to my Fruits & Vegetables intake, and thus, I will set up a system to UP my consumption.
