Weekly Wellness Plan– Week of 2/16/26

Week Prior Score: 70% (still movin’ on 🆙)

I am blessed to have yet another week to roam the Earth.

Emotional: Keep on problem solvin’. Be present when away.

Environmental: Clean up E and hall bathrooms. Clean sauna room. Progress on decluttering mission. Office ideal.

Financial: Follow the 6 weeks of financial well-being plan.

Intellectual: Finish current book and start the next. 

Occupational: Retirement party plan, details and spreadsheet. Golf Course admin and send updated availability. Stay the course as a writer. Spring Plan 4 Triathletes (and set up meeting with new triathlete). Quality swim session. Instagram posts. PKPB Q&A Videos. Tuesday Tennis Practice.

Physical: Recap physical well-being phase and put plan in place for continuation of. Lift 3x. Tennis 3x. Pickleball 1x. Swim 2x. 

Social: Sports with peeps. Shannon and the show. State Wrestling with E. E&I QT. PKPB engagement. 

Spiritual: Study CGtotheB and WC books (20 pages each; take notes).
