Weekly Wellness Plan– Week of 2/2/26

Improvement from the 29% sh!+show of a week the week prior, but marginal.
Nonetheless—I am blessed to have yet another week to roam the Earth.
Emotional: Problem Solve (like I’ve never problem solved before despite the fact that I’ve been trying to).
Environmental: Finish faucet installation in E bathroom. Dining Room and Office Ideal. Declutter hall bathroom. Do what I didn’t do last week. Goodwill drop-off.
Financial: Organize tax documents. Work at TR. Schedule lesson with S. Bank run. Amazon return.
Intellectual: Read a book. Finnish (take notes). Master a new dish (using ground beef?).
Occupational: Stay the course as a writer. Tuesday MT S&C (plan and words of attempted wisdom). Spring Plan 4 Triathletes (add triathlete). Schedule swim sessions. Instagram posts.
Physical: Get back to 100% health. Follow the 6 weeks of physical well-being plan (here). Run 10 miles.
Social: Tennis with T/K, N & M. Pickleball plan with peeps. E&I QT x 2. PKPB engagement. Eric’s Funeral 🥺 (not your ideal space to think of social-well being as a “goal” but our sense of team/togetherness, that he instilled, is what he’d want).
Spiritual: Study CGtotheB (10 pages; take notes).
