I am blessed to have yet another week to roam the Earth.

Emotional: Read Don’t Believe Everything You Think and apply the knowledge. And/or address upsettedness better.

Environmental: Declutter something (like actually this week). Clean laundry room and exercise room. Dog baths and nails.

Financial: Organize tax documents. Schedule lessons.

Intellectual: Start next book. Finnish 7x (take notes).

Occupational: Book writing blocks on Thursday and Friday. S&C MT. Spring Plan 4 Triathletes (add triathlete). Stay the course as a writer. Social Media posts (Superheroes). Work at TR?

Physical: Follow the 6 weeks of physical well-being plan (here). Run 10 miles.

Social: Walk with S. Connect with N. Coffee with M. E&I QT x 2. Connect with K. PKPB engagement.

Spiritual: Study CGtotheB (10 pages; take notes).
