The Nuts & Bolts:

As you may recall from my Holy Truck post, I asked ChatGPT for one piece of advice for 2026 and Uncle Al* said:

Choose one domain next year where joy is the goal—not growth, impact, or usefulness. Joy doesn’t have to justify itself.

To which I initially responded:

Finding this domain might be hard for me because if A (growth, impact, usefulness) then B (joy) so how else is there to be B without A?!? I’m actually asking…

But, I am intent on figuring this out and would like to give you a say:

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Does making the pursuit of joy a Wednesday Wellness Mission negate the point of it out of the gate?!?
