I am blessed to have yet another week to roam the Earth.
Emotional: Carry own emotions. 3 day self-retreat (DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY OBLIGATIONS).
Environmental: Clean house for WP (if host a WP…but clean either way). Declutter an area. Hot Tub Revamp. Duct Cleaning.
Financial: Check in with FA re Spring meeting and missed call. Connect with Mark re agency.
Intellectual: Finish reading BB and start next book. Finnish 7x (take notes).
Occupational: Work at TR. Teach lessons (and schedule future). Stay the course as a writer. Blocked off creative writing time (as in work on book ideas). Info to athletes (Tri, Tennis, Track) for the Spring via email. Social media posts. Design changes to website and add an Upcoming Events menu.
Physical: Follow the 6 weeks of physical well-being plan (here). Long run (in nature and during self-retreat?).
Social: WP? Walk with S & J. E&I QT x 2. Connect with K. WP pictures post.
Spiritual: Study CGtotheB (10 pages; take notes).
