Environmental: DIY E bathroom. Post holiday cleaning. 

Financial: Transfer $. Organize gift cards, etc. 

Intellectual: Finish reading the Finnish Way book. Swedish 7x. Cook a soup or dish.

Occupational: Stay the course as a writer. Finalize research on physical well-being into a list of best practices (Wed post). Continue prompt theme or write a new piece. Hours / start at TR. Ask for raise at E. Nutriiton approach at Coe?

Physical: Normatec 1x. Pickleball 3x. Walk daily. Lift 3x. V&S. Zwift 1x. Hydration. Set and execute Physical Well-Being Best Practices starting Jan 1. 

Social: A/S/E evening. NYE Football. Walk with S. Walk with J. M&D. E&I QT. E&I QT.

Spiritual: Study CGtotheB (10 pages; take notes). Read Why Christianity?
