Mission:

Set the physical bar for that which I can do as a 46 year old female.

Not in comparison to anyone else, nor outcome oriented (until maybe the next year when I have a P.R. to aspire to or topple).

The Nuts & Bolts:

I = (soon to be) 46 Year Old Female Athlete

How fast can I run a 100m dash? Or, a mile?

How low of a handicap can I attain in golf? How far can I drive the ball? Can I hit a hole-in-one?

In a 3 point contest (with myself and given x number of tries), what Three-Point % can I attain? FT %?

How fast can I swim 50m? 500m? 1.2 miles? 2.4 miles?

How far can I swim in one swim session?

What level of Singles DUPR can I be competitive at? Doubles? Mixed Doubles? Can I “belong” on a court with Ben Johns and/or Anna Leigh Waters? I once took a Singles game off of Salome so I can’t imagine I’m that far off but maybe?

What level of UTR can I be competitive at? Am I capable of hitting groundstrokes with Jannik Sinner or Iga Swiatek?

How fast can I complete a Half Ironman? Full Ironman (not sold on this benchmark being in the mix though because the full distance requires far too much time and commitment to leave enough time to yardstick all else)?

30m sprint time on the ice?

How far of a Field Goal can I make? In a live NFL game (one can wish)?

If Punt, Pass, Kick were 1️⃣ still in play and 2️⃣ allowed a side show washed up athlete, but still child at heart, what score could I attain?

Can I line drive a baseball from center field to second base or home plate in 0-2 hops? In a live MLB game (one can wish)?

Strength to Weight Ratios for Bench/Squat/Deadlift?

Vertical Jump? Long Jump? High Jump?

Ability to slalom waterski? I know the answer to this and it is yes, but for how long can I retain the ability?
