Weekly Wellness Plan – Week of 11/17/25

Week Prior Score: 72.05%

I attempted a day-by-day approach for last week and this started strong but tapered off. I scored well, but found it tedious…..as in my attempt to track my well-being detracted from my well being! 😆 Thus, back to what once was.

I am blessed to have yet another week to roam the Earth.

Emotional: 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 days in the right direction. Garmin breathing exercises daily.

Environmental: Prep house for Grannie / Thanksgiving. Paint door frame. Leaves on side of house. Garage.

Financial: Brainstorm the one year ideal and beyond.

Intellectual: Read 2 books. 

Occupational: Stay the course as a writer (focus on creative writing this week). Brand plan.

Physical: Tennis 2x. Lift 2x. Walk 10 miles. Pickleball 1x. Swim 1x. Water (72 ounces daily). V&S. Core 3x.

Social: Connect 4. Reconnect – addresses for holiday card (and send holiday card to print). 

Spiritual: Float Tank Therapy. Start on Complete Guide to the Bible. Meditate 2x.
