Weekly Wellness Plan – Week of 11/3/25
Week Prior Score: 43.56% (you know it was a low scoring week when my highest score was my social well-being score; not exactly my strong ♡♢♤♧)
I am blessed to have yet another week to roam the Earth.
Emotional: Just Be – exist, be gentle with self, feel the way that I feel because I do and no apologies needed nor expectations of self on the matter (thank you Amy Dickinson).
Environmental: Tree trimming tea party! Work on office, bathroom and storage room. 3rd door frame. Freezer. Duct cleaning? Mow. Culligan filters.

Financial: Organize paperwork / details / mail.
Intellectual: Read 2 books. Attempt Cappellacci du Zucca (and soup for Em?).
Occupational: Stay the course as a writer. Work on (and in!) writing room. Study Dimensions of Wellness (history, how to, etc).
Physical: Lift 3x. Follow hydration and V&S routine. Anaerobic 1x. Aerobic 1x. Create 20 week training plan (and pick 1-2 events during the 20 weeks or to train for).

Social: Build social calendar or plan. Fam Dinner. E&I Date + E&I QT. Connect 4!
Spiritual: Sound Immersion. No Tech Times. Breathing. Let nature nurture. Float tank. Study Stoicism.
