I am blessed to have yet another week to roam the Earth.
Emotional: Research and implement techniques to quash episodes of chronic rumination. Focus on stress reduction. Day of write – walk or ride – read.
Eat Play Sleep Write Walk Read
Environmental: Continue Dog Smell Quell Mission. Finish sanding and painting door frames. Cushions on close-out (?) for new wicker chairs. Freezer. Tomato plants be gone. Start on the storage room (however minimally). Assemble bike rack.
Financial: Book a float tank session for myself.
Intellectual: Read 2 books. Cook recipe from Little Heathens (Porcupines). Take an online cooking class?
Occupational: Ensure individual plans in place for those that requested. Stay the course as a writer.
Physical: Lift 3x. Follow hydration and V&S routine. Swim 1x. Run 1x. Finish 666 goal. Figure out an event to work towards (for Winter and/or 2026).

Social: IS A&B 4 F&F&TOMS. JMMASSSKENND.
Spiritual: Self-Care, Solitude, Sound Immersion and/or No Tech Times (same as last week, but do better)
