Weekly Wellness Plan – Week of 10/13/25
Week Prior Score: 57.71%
I am blessed to have yet another week to roam the Earth.
Emotional: Find and enjoy positive emotional state for second half of vacay. Think about ways to reduce stress since Emmie said, “Mom is always stressed to a certain degree,” and she’s probably right.
Environmental: Dog Smell Quell (see upcoming Wednesday post)
Financial: Buy something for myself that makes me happy (as in actually this week).
Intellectual: Read 2 Books.
Occupational: Figure out individualized approach to the off season for 18 athletes. Stay the course as a writer. Complete 2 modules in Personal Trainer Certificate program.
Physical: Lift 2x (given the headline for this week and post lifting tension in my neck and shoulders, work on breathing technique). Drink 66 ounces of water daily. Swim 2x. Close in on my 666 goal. Run OR Run Hills 1x.
Social: Family of 4 Vacay (enjoy second half)! IS A&B 4 F&F&TOMS (Connect 4!).
Spiritual: Self-Care, Solitude, Sound Immersion and/or No Tech Times (same as last week, but do better)
