Weekly Wellness Plan – Week of 9/22/25

I am blessed to have yet another week to roam the Earth.
Emotional: If start to slide, secure footing. ChatGPT Q&A.

Environmental: Have the house ready for Grannie visit. Clean freezer. Clean up photos on computer.
Financial: Work the scheduled hours in part-time job. Find cushions for the wicker chairs that we picked up curbside (and declutter old chairs). Discuss next investment with the husband.
Intellectual: Finish reading The Big Burn, by Timothy Egan.
Physical: Stay in the green on my 666 goal. Lift 3x. Drink 66 ounces of water daily.
Occupational: Ensure 5 triathletes have a quality outdoor cycling session. Figure out how to help put results on the board at ITA’s (and then execute my part). Stay the course as a writer. Complete 2 modules in Personal Trainer Certificate program. Inquire as to what other teams are doing for S&C / if have/know contacts that could help me grow as a tennis specific S&C Coach.
Social: Tuesday Golf. IS A&B 4 F&F.
Spiritual: Self-Care, Solitude, Sound Immersion and/or No Tech Times
