Weekly Wellness Plan – Week of 9/15/25
I am blessed to have yet another week to roam the Earth.
Emotional: Recover from Friday’s debacle and the many emotions within. Decide how (much) to move forward with Pickleball. Stay grounded.
Environmental: Clean refrigerator, dining room, office and kitchen.
This is embarrassing…. 🤣😞
Financial: Win $ in Mixed draw. Yes, I know that goals should not be based on outcome, but I could use the boost to my supplemental income goal without having to wake up at 4 AM to work.
Intellectual: Finish reading The Big Burn, by Timothy Egan.
Physical: Be in the green on the 666 goal at the end of the week.

Occupational: Write in accordance with the plan. Start Certified Personal Trainer program. Research tennis specific trainers in the industry. Focus on swim abilities of non-swimmer triathletes.
Social: Initiate new friendships in the writing industry and/or personal training (tennis specific ideally).

Spiritual: Read this article and execute at least one of the goals.
