The Nuts & Bolts:
Three months ago, I referenced the ideal of regularly posting on this website. The goal was to:
- Monday Morning Coach โ I need to create the Coach part of this website before this can happen.
- Idealist Tuesday โ Weekly The Idealist
- Wednesday Wellness โ Weekly blog post highlighting my pursuit of well-being.
- Inspiration Thursday?
- Freaky Friday โ The last Friday of each month, I will post a K.J. Off the Record short story.
If I were up against a judging panel, the result might look something like this:

If I’m judging myself…..
I was fairly consistent in posting The Idealist posts. I missed two weeks so the actual score is 11/13 or 85% (to the two judges that scored me a 2 or below, suck it!).
Including this post, I was 8/13 or 62% on Wednesday Wellness posts.
A D- is better than an F.

I didn’t add a Monday Morning Coach page to the website, but I did run a parallel path in the form of sportswriting. But, only one post. 1/13 or 8%, which is an F, but not in the red!
As for Freaky Fridays or Off the Record posts on the last Friday of each month, I’m 1/3 or 33%, which is unfortunate because I have some juicy content on paper, and that much more (than I’d like to admit) rattling around in my brain libido brain libido brain!
Inspiration Thursdays didn’t happen. 0/13 or 0%.
Nor did I spend as much time writing creatively, instead of the themed posts, as I would have liked to do.
Picking myself back up from the outline of my body on the ground, I posted 4 posts that were not set in stone as a goal and Chapter 1 of a book that I’d like to publish in its entirety on the website.
All in all, the 7’s are probably fair – motivating enough to keep going, but harsh enough to call for:
