Weekly Wellness Plan – Week of 8/11/25

I am blessed to have yet another week to roam the Earth.

Emotional: Gratitude for the present (with When Breath Becomes Air in mind). Schedule a Float Tank session; bonus points here for an added crazy life experience.

Environmental: Take care of the structurally compromised tree in our backyard. Declutter 50 items. Spray for crabgrass. Start to clear weeds from the side yard. Clean bathrooms.

Financial: Send money to FA to invest.

Intellectual: Read one book. Finish one book on Audible.

Physical: Drink 64+ ounces of water per day. Bike/Run/Walk/Swim 66 Miles.

Occupational: Publish 2 posts, 1 short story and the first chapter of Better to Have Tried. Write 3x in 2-4 hour blocks of time.

Social: Grandma’s Birthday Dinner. Visit Kylie & Natasha. Family Dinner.

Spiritual: Dedicated time to reflect.
